By accessing or using UnveilArt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Credits & Payments

Credits are purchased in advance and used to generate content. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not carry over. Purchased credits do not expire.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts you write. Generated content is created by AI models and you are granted a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and distribute generated content for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the AI model provider's terms.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use UnveilArt to generate content that is: illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Generation results depend on third-party AI models and may vary.

7. Limitation of Liability

UnveilArt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
